Error Log

The Error Log view captures all the warnings and errors logged by plug-ins. The underlying log file is a .log file stored in the .metadata subdirectory of the workspace. The Error Log view is available under Window > Show View > Error Log .

Toolbar buttons allow you to toggle to display properties by category or to filter advanced properties. Another toolbar button allows you to restore the selected property to its default value.

To see more detailed information about a resource than the Properties view gives you, right-click the resource name in one of the navigation views and select Properties from the pop-up menu.

You are able to send us an error. Right-click the error in the Error Log view and select Send as an Email. Our developer team will try to fix the problem asap.

In order to send an email, you have to set your email account information!

Use the FunctionPointModeler > Email preference page to set email account information..

To add the Properties view to the current perspective, click Window > Show View > Other... > General > Properties.
