Create a Function Point Modeler Project

New projects, folders, and files can be created using several different approaches.Here are some instructions for creating a Function Point Modeler Project:

1. File menu
2. Project Explorer's view context menu
3. New Wizard button

Once the project has been created a Function Point Modeler diagram, a folder and file can be created as well.
