Create a Function Point Modeler Project using the Popup menu

We will create our Function Point Modeler Project using the Project Explorer view's popup menu.

1. Activate the Project Explorer view. From the view's popup menu choose File >New > Function Point Modeler Project.

2. In the Project name field, type your name as the name of your new project. Do not use spaces or special characters in the project name (for example, "MyFirstCount").

3. Leave the box checked to use the default location for your new project. Click Next when you are done.

5. Select a IT-Project type
6. Set the fields
7. Click the Finish button

    

If you sneak a peek at the navigation view, you will see that it now contains the simple project we just created.
