Dipl.-Ing. M. Ozturk, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Ozturk is Chief Executive Officer of the Function Point Modeler Inc. and specializes in software measurement, quality assurance, development methodologies, and process improvement. He is recognized by the International Function Point Users Group as a Certified Function Point Specialist.  He has extensive experience as a software engineer, software architect and project manager. He was software development architect of Together acquired by Borland in 2003.

His main areas of expertise include the development of enterprise applications based on J2EE. He is also a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect. He has authored several articles and publications on software development issues for professional journals and presented at multiple technical conferences.

He received his B.Sc. Technical University of Istanbul, Turkey and Master of Engineering Technical University of Clausthal, Germany.

Software Engineer Achim Ehrmann, Director of Software Development

Mr. Ehrmann has more than 20 years of software engineering experience using a variety of technologies applied to many domains. He is well known in the Eclipse community for his innovative, yet straightforward, engineering solutions to complex problems. He is also a very active member of the Eclipse Community and a prolific contributor with many years of experience on numerous Eclipse projects.

His main areas of expertise include the development of enterprise applications based on Eclipse and J2EE. He is also a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect.

He is director of software development and chief software architect of Function Point Modeler.

Manfred Bundschuh, Product Manager

Manfred Bundschuh is an internationally recognized expert on software measurement, estimating, benchmarking and international standards, with more than 40 years IT experience, as an IT controller, consultant, and project manager. In addition, he has been teaching software engineering and project management at the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, Germany, for more than 30 years. Until 2008 he has been for 10 years president of the DASMA e.V., the metrics organization of German speaking countries. Since last year he is chairman of MAIN, the Metrics Association's International Network.

Manfred Bundschuh is the co-author (together with Carol Dekkers) of: The IT Measurement Compendium - Estimating and Benchmarking Success with Functional Size Measurement.
